Esthetican/Administrative Assistant

TEAL is currently offering a full/part time position of a certified Esthetician/massage practitioner with experience in body therapy, foot case and hand care, to join our excellent team of chiropractors, acupuncturist and various other wellness therapists. Skills, experience and other qualifications required:

​

• Valid Esthetician and other related certification.

• Experience with facials, body therapy, pedicures, manicures, tinting, waxing.

• Bilingual will be an asset; excellent verbal, written and communication.

• Familiarity with computer operation and using software e.g. internet browser, Email applications, appointment booking software, PDF, MS Word, MS Excel. - Excellent time management, administrative, and follow-up skills

• Excellent customer service. - Adaptability to organizational standards and best practices - Loves serving people.

• Knowledgeable and proactive with cleanliness and sanitation standards.

• Ability to handle clients in difficult situations.

• Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly, as well as passionate.

• Ability to utilize new techniques and ideas.

• Ability to handle front desk, manage client’s appointment, process client’s payment.

• Flexibility to work during weekend and late afternoon, when needed.

• Assist other staff members achieving business objectives.

• Reliable and dependable.

• General house keeping.

RMT (Registered Massage Therapist)

TEAL is currently looking for energetic, dedicated, hard-working, individual with good English communication skill (French language will be an asset) as a new team member to serve our rapidly growing clientele. If you are a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with a valid RMT license number and are looking for an exciting opportunity in a great busy location that has very high foot traffic, large number of existing clientele, and walking distance to Montfort Hospital, please send your resume and your availability to start the work. As part of the offer (monthly rent/commission based) we will provide fully furnished treatment room 10’x10’ equipped with massage table, hot and steam sauna (optional; at additional cost to the clients), free shower room use for all massage clients, web based on-line appointments booking using state-of the-art spa management software, business use of phone and internet, credit and debit card payment processing, linen/towel/laundry and utilities (heat and hydro) and marketing for RMT business promotion as needed.
