• All online appointments are managed by secured web site www.shedul.com (a trusted business partner of TEAL).

• First time registrants will be required to sign up.

• All appointments booked online are subject to the confirmation.

• An email confirmation will be sent to you at your email address that you will provide in your profile at the time of registering first time.

• Online booking of appointments for the same day services is not recommended it is unless confirmed by email or phone by our staff. If you do so, it is advised to call us after making an online appointment to obtain the confirm and to avoid disappointment due to any potential conflict.

• If you don't receive a confirmation email within 24 hours an appointments booked for a future date, please call us at 613.745.3418 and ask for a confirmation email or to verify if the appointment has been booked in the our system.

• Appointments booked can be cancelled in the event if a therapist becomes unavailable or if it conflicts with the other appointment.

• Please ensure to unblock emails sent @tealwellnes.com and @shedul.com using "Allowed Sender", “White List” or similar list provided within your email software.

• Do not forget to check your spam folder if you haven't received a confirmation email prior to callings us.
