If
You Have to Cancel an Appointment
We
appreciate a 24-hour notice to cancel an appointment. We understand
that sometimes life gets in the way, but giving us as much notice as
possible allows us to better accommodate our estheticians and
therapists, and other clients.
Advance
booking of an appointment is not the right of customer to receive
service(s) from TEAL. Appointments booked in advance can
be
cancelled in exceptional circumstances.
